Panche baja from gulmi swara, beautiful dance
This nice dance of short adult man is from Gulmit district. gulmi is a hilly district which lies in western Nepal. It has Kushma as district head quarter. It is famous for caves and temples. Gupteshwor and Alapeshwor caves are famous caves of Parbat district, Dahare Deurali temple is a famous temple in Parpat. The highest bridge also lies in parbat. Panche baja is popular in Parbat district; people used panche baja in different ceremonies. There are so many small young man and woman; they are perfect to sing and dance in Panche Baja. When they starts to dance all the people gather to enjoy. Especially they are popular to create humor. They are funny themselves and when they create humor it’s very amazing. In different ceremonies people request them to dance. In Parbat there is a union of short man and woman called Parbat Hocha Pudka organization which works for the betterment of short people. This organization helps them to improve their skill. The small men are capable to make house hold materials. Especially they remain at home whole day and prepare different materials from bamboo. Bamboo basket is main product. These people are living happily in Parbat.
