I remember one story after watching this dance, my best friend told this story to me I was crossing the Sahara desert when it happened. .I had a small radio, but began to worry when I did ' caii in. They sent out a search party. On this it packed up after 10 days or- I just kept on going. Obviously people particular morning, I set up-rrient and fell asleep. While I was sleeping, the search party arrived. What happened was I woke up and heard voices. Someone said, "I'd better have a look, he's dead, I suppose!" "Who? Me?" I shouted and popped my head out of the tent. You should have seen their faces. They 1w this happened to me when I was in India. I used to go to my office by train. On this particular evening, I hurried to my station but 'when I reached there the train had gone. I bought a newspaper and a packet of biscuits and sat on a bench While I was reading, a man came and sat down opposite me. There was nothing special about him, except that he was very tall. I was still reading when my eyes caught a very strange sight. The man reached over the table, opened my packet of biscuits, took one, dipped it into his coffee and popped it into his mouth. I couldn't believe my eyes. Status of elderly people in nepal

Status of elderly people in gulmi district. This footage shows how elderly mothers are living their life at rudrabeni’s elderly people’s trust. Many viewers called us about helping them; there are many ngo ingo in Nepal, but rarely getting help from them. Rudrabeni is located at bank of kaligandaki and rudrawati river, it is around 170 kilometer from butwal city. We are collecting donation and trying to make a suitable building for them, elderly mothers are straggling at this trust, they don’t have enough rooms, and other facility to live normal life. Local peoples are donating and collecting some money and other foods to them. Some mothers are around 85-90th years old, and they need to cook their food by self.

Internet users are growing fast at Nepal, social media are doing best to collect help for them although Nepal is growing slowly at information technology comparing to neighbor country china and India. We are neighbor of Fastest growing country still we are not growing as them, this is mainly problem by policies and politicians. The musical instruments used in nepal in the occasions of festival, marriage purposes are called panchai Baja. mainly five bajas such as damaha,temko,sahanai,karnal,narasingha are called panchai bajas.damaha is molded by skin of animals and temko smaller than damaha a but same in shape. panche bajas are used in marriage ,worshiping of god and goddesses. panchai bajas have saved our culture and the unity of Nepalese people. At this age rarely people can only stand but, she is not only standing, she is dancing better then young ladies. I am sure that all this energy comes from her previous organic and local foods, she lived purely village life where never used chemical, medicine for any purpose. They had local buffalo to get milk, ghee etc. they worked at own agriculture field and produced lot more and pure crops. We can listen by old person they were very strong, after singing a jhamre song whole night in the morning they go to work and after work again to sing a song. They were able to carry 100 kilograms of weight easily but, we do straggle when we carry just few kilograms. By all this things we can learn how we are reducing our fitness and energy, we can’t work for few hours, we can’t walk for few kilometer, we cant compare to our older grandfather of grandmother.

In city area small children listens and watch Hindi music videos and songs, they want to try to dance as Hindi culture, but in our rural village they are trying to follow our oldest and cultural dance. In the school where are small students go they also perfectly know ho to react and teach them about our culture, they use purely Nepali dress when they participate in school’s dance competition. Live dohori at nwagi festival, baglung(gwalichour)

Around one week ago it is recorded at nwagi festival of baglung(gwalichour), fantastic live dohori program played by national level of singers. Nwagi is becoming big and entertaining festival for local peoples. Peoples are making this program as district level. 5 days of program started at 4th of mangshir, and finished at 7th of month. In this footage boys and girls are fighting by song, they are using word and singing as dohori song.

This is so funny and exciting one part is asking answer as song and other is replying as song only. Many other entertaining program were very successful which is made by local youth club, agricultural expo was so beautiful and useful also, people brought many agricultural item to show on competition and one of them got a winner price also. Volleyball is main and most entertaining program for local peoples, they spent 5 days to watch volleyball fight which was won byburtibang baglung.

Truck is trying to cross small river at ‘ridi rudrabeni wamitaksar’ highway, the driver is new for this road, he came from west Nepal. Our rural roadways are so dangerous and very tough to travel. Government are investing lot of money to rural roadways but actual invest in road comes 25 percent only, 75 percent lost in processing and contractor’s company. It is around 50 kilometer in gulmi district after that it goes to burtibang city of baglung district other 40 kilometer. A businessman are buying new vehicle with half of crore of rupees, but all vetches need goes damage after short use. We are driving hardly and dangerously at this road, many times we listen news of accident at this highway, all we people who are using this highway are at risk when traveling.

Volleyball is best and popular game for young boys; there are no cricket or football grounds on villages so, volleyball is needed small grounds. Boys are so exited to play volleyball; they are so energetic and confident boys. Many district and national are born here, good volleyball is growing at gulmi district

Volleyball is best game for me also, I never miss volleyball game at this area.
Nwagi festival is going to start at 19th of November, there also big volleyball game will be played, this is famous festival to all baglung paudis people, they are organizing nwagi mela every year. National level of artist will give live performance at nwagi mela also, people are finishing their homework to be a part of nwagi mela baglung.

Specially after worshiping the god, people sing and dance in this music. Local types of musical instruments are played in the devotional song. So, it is the Nepalese folk music. Nwagi mela gwalichour gulmi

Peoples are dancing and enjoying with national singer bishnu khatri’s song. Finally nwagi festival is over by great experience and unexpected crowds, it is annual program by local youth club. Nwagi is a festival where people make a delicious item from mixed of new rice and curd and enjoy with family and relatives. Basically it is one day of traditional festival but now it is changed, organizer are going for 5 days of program where national levels of artist doing live concert. It is become big festival to paudi’s people, people who are abroad they comes to their home at this festival. Many kinds of cultural program are being organizing by this club, dance competition, volleyball competition, agriculture promotion program and many kinds of other entraining program. It is located at gwalichour village development committee of baglung district, baglung-burtibang highway touches this road, and this is so beautiful village and small khara market. They have own hydropower production, many of villagers have agriculture as main occupation, they are producing milk, vegetables, fruits and other organic things. This is going continues and this kinds of program will go on next year also, we hope we will bring all exciting videos from all cultural festivals.

Superstar rajesh hamal attend a chakreshwor festival at gulmi santipur. This is cultural program organizing by local uday shanti youth club. It is a annual program which is going best and favorite to all local people. This is 2nd tour of rajesh hamal at gulmi. Rajesh hamal is nepali film superstar, he has a fair background simple living without any controversy. People really love rajesh hamal thousand of people came santipur to take a view of their hero Mr. hamal. I think this is best idea poll people to the festival. This is most traditional village lok bhajan from kurgha gulmi, this is combination of instrument ‘kheijed’ and ‘majura’ with very sweet vocal of professionals who are singing from many years. Specially this program organizing at  evening and night, somewhere people spent whole night by singing and dancing, but somewhere they go to 12pm or 1 pm at night. It is recorded at 1 year ago at wami waed number 9 bheduwa, this is wedding ceremony of bishnu kharel who married to sushma at arlangko gulmi. arlangkot is beautiful village. this is god gifted place and naturally beautiful greenly village life is here. Big amount of milk production is here, they are expert to sale buffalo milk, ghee, and curd etc. they are living healthy village life at zero percent of pollution, we often see those people who are living in biggest city they are facing health problem like blood pressure, high sugar etc. but in this village peoples are living life with fitness they are working at field for 8-10 hours a day and they are eating organic food vegetables and fruits from their farms.
There is not everything 100%, there are some difficulties in village life like medical, high education, information technology etc.

I want to talk about malika temple of gulmi district. Any visitor can go to malika temple after one an hour from beautiful bhuwachidi market gulmi. When they reaches malika temple they feel joyful. Why not feel so because the temple is covered natural splendor. We can see very  clean spring of water on the side of the temple where small and beautiful fishes are swimming.

All pilgrims are attracted by activities of fishes. The growth of all fishes is constant although time is passing. Accoding to traditional saying god malika is deaf. Being deaf, she does not hear, so pilgrim has to demand blessing by crying. And she fulfills our wishes. So, by such belief, pilgrims come on every Sunday from different villages of baglung, palpa, argakhachi, and gulmi district. Dut to these visitors, the income for temple is Nepalese rupees 254 thousands per year to manage this temple properly, one management committeeis active for now.

Above this temple, one distinct and beautiful village ‘swara’ is located. This village is distinct because the community of this village has totally ethnic group that is gurung community. The community where own dress and speaks gurung language. This reflects

Nepalese culture. One month ago on the occasion of depawali   festival, nine Russian tourists visited this village and malika temple. The malika temple is also listed historical place of gulmi district
