The musical instruments used in nepal in the occasions of festival, marriage purposes are called panchai Baja. mainly five bajas such as damaha,temko,sahanai,karnal,narasingha are called panchai bajas.damaha is molded by skin of animals and temko smaller than damaha a but same in shape. panche bajas are used in marriage ,worshiping of god and goddesses. panchai bajas have saved our culture and the unity of Nepalese people. Our nationality is saved by them. The sahanai gives our nation is culture phase.

This is 1 year old footage from the village near thanapati temple. 

At this age rarely people can only stand but, she is not only standing, she is dancing better then young ladies. I am sure that all this energy comes from her previous organic and local foods, she lived purely village life where never used chemical, medicine for any purpose. They had local buffalo to get milk, ghee etc. they worked at own agriculture field and produced lot more and pure crops. We can listen by old person they were very strong, after singing a jhamre song whole night in the morning they go to work and after work again to sing a song. They were able to carry 100 kilograms of weight easily but, we do straggle when we carry just few kilograms. By all this things we can learn how we are reducing our fitness and energy, we can’t work for few hours, we can’t walk for few kilometer, we cant compare to our older grandfather of grandmother.
