Grandmother is dancing at devotional song of baglung gwalichour (danga). She is at 85th year of her age but is dancing with full energy.
This is 1 year old footage from the village near thanapati temple. At this age rarely people can only stand but, she is not only standing, she is dancing better then young ladies.
I am sure that all this energy comes from her previous organic and local foods, she lived purely village life where never used chemical, medicine for any purpose. They had local buffalo to get milk, ghee etc. they worked at own agriculture field and produced lot more and pure crops. We can listen by old person they were very strong, after singing a jhamre song whole night in the morning they go to work and after work again to sing a song.
